Description

The First Voice® Remote Monitoring System Device uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology to remotely monitor compatible AEDs and provide visibility into device status. The system listens for successful AED self-tests, monitors device communication and status, and helps support AED program oversight across one or multiple locations.

If an AED reports a status issue, fails a self-test, or stops communicating, First Voice receives notification and can work directly with your organization to help identify and address the issue.

This package includes one (1) First Voice Remote Monitoring System Device and one (1) 5 Year Prepaid Service Plan Contract, providing the connectivity, monitoring services, and notification management required for operation of the system.
