The AmpuSave Amputation Care Kit is a critical emergency medical solution designed to significantly improve the chances of successful reattachment of severed digits or avulsions while helping to reduce workers’ compensation, disability, and rehabilitation costs. In over 70% of amputation incidents, the severed digit becomes a complete loss due to being left behind at the scene or transported improperly. AmpuSave addresses this problem by providing a dedicated medical transport device for the proper preservation and handling of amputated body parts. Each AmpuSave kit includes two internal storage compartments: one for a sealed cold compress and another for sterile gauze pads, saline solution, and an instruction card.
