First Voice® Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Device with 1-Year Prepaid Service Plan Contract, Cabinet, and Medical Direction

Description

The First Voice® Remote Monitoring System Device with 1-Year Prepaid Service Plan Contract, Cabinet, and Medical Direction uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology to remotely monitor compatible AEDs and provide visibility into device status. The system listens for successful AED self-tests, monitors device communication and status, and helps support AED program oversight across one or multiple locations.

If an AED reports a status issue, fails a self-test, or stops communicating, First Voice is automatically notified and can work directly with your organization to help identify and resolve the issue.

This package includes one (1) First Voice® Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Device, one (1) 1-Year Prepaid Service Plan Contract, one (1) AED cabinet, and Medical Direction services, providing one (1) year of cellular data connectivity, remote monitoring services, notification management, and physician oversight required for operation of the system.

The 1-Year Prepaid Service Plan Contract requires the customer to agree to a two-year renewal extension, resulting in a minimum three-year service commitment.
