Description
The First Voice® Remote Monitoring Cellular Data / Service Plan (1-Year Prepaid Contract) provides the cellular data connectivity and monitoring services required for operation of one First Voice® Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Device. This service plan does not include the RMS monitoring device and is intended for customers who already have a First Voice® Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Device installed or who are purchasing the device separately.
The service enables communication between the RMS monitoring device and the First Voice monitoring platform, allowing AED status, self-test activity, and communication health data to be transmitted and monitored. If an AED reports a status issue, fails a self-test, or stops communicating, First Voice is automatically notified and can work directly with your organization to help identify and resolve the issue.
Includes one (1) year of cellular data connectivity, remote monitoring services, and notification management for one (1) First Voice® Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Device.
RMS monitoring device sold separately. One service plan is required for each monitoring device. The 1-Year Prepaid Contract requires the customer to agree to a two-year renewal extension, resulting in a minimum three-year service commitment.
